Pricing questions

What is a credit?

A credit is worth about ₹0.10 and pays for GoKloze's work on an action: a call minute, a message, an AI reply. Logic steps, imports and simulations are free. Each plan includes monthly credits and you can top up any time.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Every credit, whether it comes with your plan or a top-up pack, lapses 90 days after it is added if you haven't used it. The oldest credits are always used first, and Billing warns you before any lapse.

Are calling and WhatsApp costs included?

No. You connect your own providers and pay them directly at their rates, with no mark-up from GoKloze. Your dashboard shows those costs next to your credits.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your workspace moves to the Free plan: your CRM, leads and inbox stay available for up to 100 active leads, while AI calls and AI replies pause. Nothing is deleted, and held steps catch up as soon as you upgrade.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is a simple CRM with a shared WhatsApp and email inbox for up to 100 active leads and two team members, free forever. Upgrade any time to switch on AI calls and automated follow-up.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing at any time. Prices exclude 18% GST, and you get a GST invoice for every payment.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Every business gets a free 14-day trial to test GoKloze with its own leads before paying, so plans, credits and add-ons are not refundable. Only duplicate or failed payments are returned. See the refund policy.
